Customer Care Team (3 Full Time Staff)
This is where cars arriving on site are processed, checked for work to be carried out, checked that work is authorised and job sheets created.
Assessment Department (4 Full Time Staff)
Vehicles arriving without prior assessment are estimated and authorised in liason with insurance company / bill payer.
Strip and Fit Department (5 Full Time Staff)
The vehicle is brought in and stripped to confirm accurancy of estimate and begin the repair process through the workshop. Parts lists is confirmed at this stage. Vehicles are fitted up after painting.
Parts Department (1 Full Time Staff)
The parts required are ordered and checked for accuracy on arrival.
Panelwork (4 Full Time Staff)
If the vehicle needs panel-beating, welding or repairs to panels or chassis we use a floor puller or jig. Panel alignment is checked at this stage.
Paint Preparation (5 Full Time Staff)
The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish.
Painting (3 Full Time Staff)
Spraying of final finish colour paintwork to vehicles and panels including custom finish paints such as designio, flip, chromatic etc.
Valeting (2 Full Time Staff)
Vehicles are cleaned inside and out and quality control checked before release.
